[KBibTeX] KBibTeX 0.2.4 Beta2 (0.2.3.91)

Hello,

as of today I am releasing KBibTeX 0.2.4 Beta2 (0.2.3.91) for public
testing. Please report bugs or other issues so that they can be fixed.
Package maintainers, please test that all KDE3 dependencies get properly
resolved.
Thanks to everyone who contributed with hints, code, and bug reports!

Notable changes/improvements/new features:
- Using xdg-open to open files (thus using the user's preferred browser)
- More detailed debug information in BibTeX importer to trace errors
more easily
- Improved UTF-8 import and export of BibTeX files
- Supporting more LaTeX encoded characters
- General improvements in import/export system including encodings
- MathSciNet as web query added
- Refetch for ArXiv articles added
- Importing ArXiv data improved
- Improved handling of cases where a symbolic link is overwritten
- IdSuggestion system handles non-ASCII characters much better
